A1: We are in Ningbo city, two hours driving from Shanghai. We are a factory. Manufacturing plastic injection molding machine. We also offer turnkey solutions with more than 10 years of experience.

A2: Sailai has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 48 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.

A3: Yes, we have an experienced pre-sales team to support customers not only including machine, mold and auxiliary selection but also water .electrical, machine layout in the factory, etc.

A4: Surely, we have experienced technical engineers for overseas service, they would help you install machines and support training to workers also. And please be noted that all costs happened for visa, travel, hotel, wages should be paid in advance by customers. Currently, we provide visit online by video call for the COVID-19.

A5: Actually, the delivery time of the machines is depended on the machine options. Normally, the delivery time of standard machine could be within 1-2 month.

A6: Subject to machines and the situation in your factory. If everything is ready, it will take about 10 days to 25 days.

A7: We will provide one set standard spare parts to customer including heater ,tool box, screw nozzle, checking ring ,sealings, etc.

A8: Totally 24-months warranty after shipment for mechanical parts, hydraulic parts, electric components (exclude the screw just 6-months). We are responsible for broken parts within 24-months. Will supply those parts in freeway but the possible transportation, cost should be paid by clients.

A9: 30%T/T in advance as down payment, rest should be paid before shipping. L/C is supported also.
